FCA COLLEGIATE/PRO CONFERENCE
I was able to spend 3 days in Fort Worth, TX last week with FCA staff from all over the country who serve on collegiate campuses and with pro/elite teams. Through this event, I was able to learn from staff who have been working with college/pro teams longer than I have and gather ideas and wisdom. I was also able to make connections with many so that as we have athletes transfer between schools, we can work together to get them connected more quickly!
PRO BIBLE STUDY
Our Pro/Elite huddle is officially one year old! We started last May with 3 athletes and have more than doubled in a year. This Sunday, 5 of us were in Nashville for the NASCAR Cup Series race where 2 of our guys are working on pit crews. Going to races and games for the athletes in this Bible study has been a great time to connect with them and see a bit more into their daily world!
UTC SUMMER KICKOFF
UTC summer beach volleyball and devotions are off to a great start. Football is officially back on campus with several other teams arriving soon. We had 4 new football freshman join the huddle this week and can't wait to continue getting new Mocs connected!
