Thanks to all of the sponsors and volunteers for the 5K for FCA and Food City FCA Golf Classic this year!  Proceeds from the race on Labor Day go directly to support ministry on UTC and Silverdale's campuses.  The golf tournament is also a great day to see FCA partners from across our five county area! 

Leadership Training Day

This year's FCA leadership training day was great!  Students attended breakout sessions led by our staff on prayer, personal Bible study, sharing their testimonies, and FCA huddle game ideas.  While students were in their breakouts, I led a session with coaches on the FCA E3 methods - where coaches were able to brainstorm and share with each other how their FCA huddles are engaging, equipping, and empowering students and coaches on their campuses.  We couldn't have asked for a better day! 

UTC FCA

UTC FCA is back in full swing with the campus wide huddle meeting each Monday night, chapels with football and men's basketball meeting weekly, and team Bible studies led by student athletes on four other teams!  God has brought so many new freshmen and transfers to the huddle this year, as well as new teams being represented and we are so excited about what He is doing.

Female Coaches Event

Ocoee FCA hosted an event on September 7th for female coaches with legendary NCAA women's basketball coach, Sylvia Hatchell speaking.  I was so excited to have several of the UTC coaches able to attend with me.  Coach Hatchell challenged every coach in reminding them that their influence goes far beyond the Xs and Os of their sport.
